Goa Police have booked actor and model Milind Soman for obscenity and publishing and transmitting obscene material in electronic form.
The police registered a case against the 55-year-old actor and fitness promoter under Sec 294 (Obscene acts and songs) of IPC and Sec 67 (Punishment for publishing/ transmitting obscene material in electronic form) of IT Act.
The actor on Wednesday posted a photograph, where he is seen running nude on a beach in Goa.
